Technology Department Mission Statement:

The Roane County Schools Technology Departments purpose is to provide and maintain the best technology today, so that our students will be prepared for tomorrow. Through the use of technological resources, the technology department supports the schools programs for instruction, research, student services, and administration. Our schools thrive on information.

In the ever-changing world filled with new technology, our teachers and students require the right information, from the right sources, today. Having direct access to industry information gives us the competitive edge needed to succeed. Student performance can be improved when the enhancement of teaching and learning using technology is adopted as the norm.

In pursuit of this mission, The Technology Department:
